April Lockhart
April Lockhart is a born July 4 in 1995. When she was in the 7th grade she began taking piano and guitar lessons. This ignited her passion for songwriting. April Lockhart composed her debut track, Different at age 12 years old. At the age of 14, April committed a large amount of time to writing song ideas and practicing her music. Her writing began alongside her dad and her dad in NY and LA within a short time. April also began to include various other topics of concern for some of her peers who are dealing in the area of problems with peer pressure, and teen suicide in the song"Take" my Hand. Lockhart is an influencer in the beauty and lifestyle industry who has a growing following. She collaborates with famous brand Ilia through a collaboration, in addition to being a specialist in lifestyle. Her disability is a part of her identity, but it is not the whole story. Lockhart's Instagram profile doesn't reveal her disability, but does not focus solely on the condition. What is the message? We are all more than the physical person we are. Our identities are intricate and we contain many different factors. Lockhart with a short video message sent from Nashville's house, states that I don't think that this should make me feel like I am a victim. I am greater than the physical person I am. This doesn't have any effect on my everyday life. I go about things normally, and I've discovered the best way for me to adapt circumstances. Since it's part of me and something worthy of discussion. Lockhart's journey to acceptance of herself is one that will last a lifetime, but she has been a source of inspiration in this regard. She admits that she's been through phases with her body at times not being confident in wearing certain kinds of clothing that showed off her arms. Nowadays, she dresses whatever she wants and posts images of her outfits to social media, she is proud of herself. The journey itself is the most important thing that I'm not sure when you will arrive, her self-love statement. The same is true for everybody regardless of their levels of anxiety. It's my opinion that having those that understand you and can see the depths of your soul is vital since they'll be those who will remind you what you worried about?
