Nadia and Carol

Nadia Comaneci, (born November 12th of November, 1961 Gheorghe Gheorghiu Dej, (presently Onesti] Romania) Romanian gymnast who was the first gymnast to get a flawless score of 10 points in the Olympic competition. Comaneci was spotted by Bela Karolyi later the Romanian gymnastics coach when she was just six years old. She first competed in the national junior championships in 1969 and finished 13th. She won the competition in the year 1970. Three gold medals were awarded in her first competition in a junior pre-Olympic meeting in 1972 that was held by communist countries. The following year, 1973 as well as 1974, she became the junior all-round champion. She took home four gold medals and one silver in her debut competition as a senior, held in 1975. It was the first time she competed as an older senior. The first female ever to perform the backwards double salto when dismounting from an uneven parallel bar. Carol Wayne.........................Carol Wayne was an American film and TV actor best recognized for portraying Art Fern's Tea-Time Movie Lady on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson. Carol Wayne's journey into the realm of entertainment began as a teenager. Together with her sister Nina Wayne, she joined traveling entertainment shows that were known as Ice Capades. Carol Marie Wayne was a born on the 6th day of September, 1942 in Chicago, Illinois. Carol started her entertainment career when she was in her teenage years. She started her career performing figure skating with Nina Wayne, her younger sister as part of traveling entertainment programs Ice Capades. Ice Capades showcased performances of skating on ice performed by actors.
